It does not include court filing fees, fingerprinting costs, attorney representation, or any guarantee that the court will restore firearm privileges. Premium Petition Assistance Liason: $375.00 – This fee covers Firearm Restore’s Petition Assistance Liaison Service. One of our dedicated liaisons will personally gather your information, complete the petition intake form on your behalf, and ensure every detail is accurately entered into our system. It does not include court filing fees, fingerprinting costs, attorney representation, or any guarantee that the court will restore firearm privileges.

From there, we generate a ready-to-file court petition along with a professional cover letter, giving you everything you need to move forward with restoring your Second Amendment rights—quickly, confidently, and correctly.
